Marmaray

If you are close to the Marmaray station, you can use Marmaray to arrive at Yenikapı and transfer to M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman metroline from there. You can get off at Taksim station and walk along Taksim Square to reach the AKM entrance in 2 minutes.

 

Subway

If you are coming from Çekmeköy, you can come to Üsküdar by using M5 Üsküdar-Çekmeköy subway and transfer to Marmaray. Get off at Yenikapı and transfer to the M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman subway. You can get off at Taksim and walk over Taksim Square to reach AKM.

If you are coming from Bağcılar, you can use the M1B Yenikapı-Kirazlı subwayline to come to Yenikapı. From here, you can use M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman subway. You can get off at Taksim and walk along Taksim Square to reach AKM.

If you are coming from Başakşehir, you can use the M3 Kirazlı-Olimpiyat-Başakşekir line to come to Mahmutbey station. From here, you can transfer to M7 Mecidiyeköy-Mahmutbey subway and come to Mecidiyeköy. Then, you can use the M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman subwayline to come to Taksim. You can walk along Taksim Square to reach AKM.

 

Metrobus

If you are coming from the Anatolian side of İstanbul, you can take the metrobus from the nearest station, get off at the Zincirlikuyu and transfer to the M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman subway. You can get off at Taksim and walk along Taksim Square to reach AKM in 2 minutes.

If you are coming from the European side, you can take the metrobus and come to Mecidiyeköy. From here, you can transfer to the M2 Yenikapı-Hacıosman subwayline. You can take the exit to Taksim Square by getting off at Taksim station, and you can reach the AKM entrance by walking for 2 minutes along the square.

 

Bus

There are buses to Taksim from many parts of İstanbul every hour. You can reach Taksim by taking the bus from the closest IETT stop to you, and you can reach AKM by walking for 2 minutes along Taksim Square.

 

Ferry transfer

You can come to Karaköy by ferry from Bostancı or Kadıköy. From here, you can reach Beyoğlu with the F2 Karaköy-Beyoğlu Historical Funicular, and then you can use the nostalgic tram, which goes through the İstiklal Street to arrive at Taksim Square. You can reach the AKM entrance by walking for 2 minutes along the square.

You can come to Kabataş by ferry from Üsküdar. From here, you can go to Taksim Square by using the F1 Taksim-Kabataş Funicular. You can reach AKM by walking for 2 minutes along the square.

You can come to Beşiktaş by ferry from Üsküdar or Kadıköy. You can reach Taksim by using the taxi-minibuses departing from Beşiktaş to Taksim. You can reach the AKM entrance by walking for 2 minutes along Taksim Square.

 

Dolmuş - Minibus

You can reach Taksim by using the taxi-minibuses departing from Kadıköy, Bostancı Taksim, Ataşehir, Kocamustafapaşa, Aksaray, Bakırköy, Beşiktaş, Cevizlibağ, Topkapı, Yenibosna, Yeşilköy, Florya, and Teşvikiye. You can reach AKM after only 2 minutes by walking along Taksim Square.
