The Istanbul State Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of Italian conductor Carlo Rizzari, will present a rich repertoire to music lovers this week. In the evening, where we will experience the joy of hosting two successful soloists who have interpreted many works with the İDSO before, the concert will start with the Overture of G. Rossini's Semiramide Opera and will be followed by L. v. Beethoven's Second Piano Concerto, performed by our esteemed pianist Burçin Büke. After W. A Mozart's symphony (No.25), written under the influence of J.Haydn during his youth, Tuncay Yılmaz, acclaimed worldwide for his successful interpretations of Mozart's violin concertos, will reunite with our orchestra. Having previously performed concertos numbers three and four, this time he will present the composer's 5th "Turkish Concerto", a piece for which he won a special award during his student years in Germany.
