The film, set in 1981, takes a story that occurred in Kars after the coup of 1980. The coup brought its own shortages and problems; however, in the region, which was already under severe conditions due to harsh winter and the cover of snow for months, it was also impossible to access coal. Here the coal is a benediction, only accessible to those privileged enough and some state institutions. During the semester break, Serhat, Gürbüz, and İbo, three close friends, must seek after coal instead of playing. The struggle to attain one of the most basic needs, a source of heating, will turn into a story of solidarity that will shape their childhood. Written and directed by Faruk Hacıhafızoğlu, the film will star such names as follows, Taha Tegin Özdemir, Yakup Özgür Kurtaal, Ömer Uluç, and İlker Sır.
