AYŞE KULİN'S BELOVED FAREWELL WORK ON THE THEATER STAGE!
Written by: Ayşe Kulin
Adapted and Directed by: Nedim Saban
Tiyatrokare, in its 32nd season, stages "Farewell," adapted and directed by Nedim Saban from Kulin's novel of the same name. In the play, master theater artist Nevra Serezli stands out with her unusual mad palace lady composition. Young actress Leyla Feray also shines as the heroine of a forbidden love. Fatih Gülnar, as a Republican intellectual, and Aziz Sarvan, who brings Kulin's grandfather Ahmet Reşat to life, depict the autobiographical novel. The story tells about the author's grandfather, who was the last finance minister of the Ottoman Empire, during the years of the War of Independence and the founding of the Republic, as a warm mansion and love story. The play, signed by award-winning designers such as Eylül Gürcan and Ayşe Ayter, also features Meral Asiltürk, Alişan Özkan, Zeynep Sevi Yılmaz, Gizem Nur Topaloğlu, and Gizem Çayhanoğlu.
